About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Expert to join our team as a bartender. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through the preparation and serving of creative cocktails and beverages. You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure seamless service and provide expert recommendations to guests on food and beverage pairings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards
• Assess customer preferences and make drink recommendations
• Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring timely delivery and accurate orders
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns and feedback
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to offer innovative pairing options and promotions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mixology

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. We offer competitive compensation, including a salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
