Auditor II

Ally Financial is seeking a skilled Auditor II to join our team. As a key member of our Technology Audit team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and effectiveness of our applications and systems.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in a collaborative agile environment. You will use your critical thinking skills to complete assigned technology audit activities, and work closely with our technology and cyber leaders to identify and mitigate risks.

• Partner with Ally technology and cyber leaders to conduct individual audits and develop, implement, and document technology audit tests.
• Use data literacy and analytics to provide consultation to management regarding emerging control practices across all areas of technology.
• Communicate proactively with management and peers to drive alignment and mitigate customer service issues.
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned to assist with analyzing Ally's risk and control environment.
• Participate in Audit Transformation initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

• Relevant 4-year degree or comparable combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of work experience in audit, technology, or financial services.
• Proficient experience in the use of Excel, PowerBI, ACL, VBA, Access, PowerShell, etc.
• Relevant certification (CISA, CISSP, CIA, CPA, etc.) is preferred.
• Experience using Teammate or other Computer Assisted Audit Techniques (CAATs).
