At Northfield Retirement Community, we're committed to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Resident Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and dignity of our older adults.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on personal care, including assistance with daily living tasks and healthcare-related activities
  • Embody a person-centered approach, treating each resident with compassion and respect
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure seamless support and care
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of $14.25-$19.80, with credit given for experience
  • Shift differential up to $2.50/hour
  • A supportive and family-oriented work environment
Requirements:
  • Prior nursing or medical experience required
  • Must be 16 years or older to apply
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with others
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 35lbs
  • Must be able to pass MN Background Check
