Key Responsibilities
  • Binning and packing raw materials with precision and accuracy.
  • Printing labels and relabeling materials as needed.
  • Staging materials on carts for efficient workflow and minimizing downtime.
  • Routinely lifting and handling materials weighing 25+lbs with ease.
  • Conducting material counting and weight scale counting with precision and attention to detail.
  • Matching Kanban/Move orders to parts brought to the binning area with accuracy.
  • Understanding Warehouse RM storage locations and nomenclature to ensure seamless operations.
  • Performing location and cycle count audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Using handheld scanning devices for item inquiries and cycle counts to optimize workflow.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and achieve common goals.
  • Performing cleaning and organization of work area (6S) to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Escalating warehouse/inventory concerns as needed to ensure prompt resolution.
Requirements
  • US Citizenship is required for this position.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to lift and handle materials weighing 25+lbs routinely is required.
  • Ability to operate a manual pallet jack is necessary.
  • Ability to operate a motorized material picker at a raised platform height is required.
  • Basic understanding of material counting and weight scale counting is necessary.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse details such as FIFO (First In, First Out) and lot control is required.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment is necessary.
  • Willingness to follow safety protocols and guidelines is required.
  • May require the ability to obtain a US security clearance.
