Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care teams to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans to achieve quality patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Conduct ongoing assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop targeted interventions
  • Ensure adherence to hospital and departmental policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Graduate of a nationally accredited nursing program
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing
  • National certifications in nursing
  • Bilingual English/Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
  • CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuer within 30 days
