Role Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Patient Navigator-RN Cancer. The successful candidate will be responsible for case managing and coordinating the continuum of care from referral through treatment. They will work collaboratively with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure timely and efficient patient visits. A strong understanding of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards is essential for this role.

Requirements:
To be successful in this position, you will need a current California Registered Nurse (RN) license, Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association, and at least one year of nursing experience. Oncology Certification Nurse (OCN) certification is preferred. You must also be proficient in using electronic medical records, event reporting programs, and other software necessary for the position.
