Stator Assembler

We are seeking a skilled Stator Assembler to join our Artificial Lift Team at Baker Hughes Holdings LLC. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the assembly of electrical submersible pumps, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency.

• Assemble and test electrical submersible pumps, ensuring compliance with manufacturing methods and quality standards.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, following precise instructions and adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance quality, safety, and productivity.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good math skills and attention to detail.
