Job Opportunity

We are seeking a well-rounded, highly-motivated Associate Attorney to join our team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in general liability defense, with expertise in personal injury, motor vehicle liability, premises liability, products liability, and construction defects.

Responsibilities
  • Handle a substantial caseload involving defense litigation
  • Draft, prepare, and handle pleadings, motions, orders, and legal memoranda
  • Conduct legal research and prepare written discovery and dispositive motions
  • Prepare and take depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses
  • Review client documents and draft case evaluations and status report correspondence
  • Assist with and participate in mediations and court appearances
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years of experience in general liability defense
  • Expertise in personal injury, motor vehicle liability, premises liability, products liability, and construction defects
  • Licensed to practice in Florida
  • Additional court admissions a plus
