Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist PRN to join our team at HCA Florida JFK Hospital. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing MRI procedures on pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all MRI procedures in accordance with departmental policies and protocols.
  • Meet quality selection of coils and approved departmental protocols.
  • Work with patients of various ages and backgrounds, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) certification within 60 months of employment.
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT) certification.
  • State Registered Radiologic Technician certification.
  • Vocational School Graduate or Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology.
