Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Cashier Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service: Greet customers, respond to their needs, and provide a positive shopping experience.
  • Process transactions: Accurately and efficiently ring up sales, process returns, and handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude: Work effectively in a team environment, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned: Assist with visual merchandising, stockroom organization, and other tasks as needed to support the sales floor team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Basic math skills: Ability to accurately handle cash, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Flexibility and adaptability: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Team player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support colleagues as needed.
