Paratransit Driver

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paratransit Driver to join our team. As a Paratransit Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of passengers with special transportation needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Operating a lift-equipped paratransit van safely and efficiently
• Transporting passengers to senior center and adult day center programs, medical appointments, and other destinations as assigned
• Communicating effectively with dispatchers and other drivers using cell phones and tablets
• Maintaining a clean and organized vehicle

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid Washington State driver's license with no moving violations in the past three years
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
