Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team in Seneca Falls, New York. As an FNP, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly. You will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic health conditions.
- Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic illnesses.
- Prescribe medications and therapies as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Provide patient follow-up care and refer patients to specialists as necessary.
Requirements:
- Must be a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with a valid license to practice in New York.
- Master's degree in nursing from an accredited FNP program.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in family practice or primary care (preferred).
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- BLS certification is required.
