Clinical Manager RN

The Clinical Manager - RN plays a pivotal role in the direction and coordination of all activities of the Agency, including patient care services and personnel. This position reports to the Administrator and acts on behalf of the Agency Administrator in their absence.
The Clinical Manager RN is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing and other skilled clinical services through systematic assessment of caseload and optimum utilization of personnel. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing field staff and handling referrals
- Collaborating with families and physicians to develop plans of care
- Reviewing paperwork and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Providing training and support to field clinicians
The ideal candidate will possess excellent management and leadership abilities, as well as strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. They will be able to create a positive work environment, identify and solve problems, and prioritize tasks effectively. EMR proficiency and availability to cover some on-call shifts are also essential.
