Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Heavy Civil Project Engineer to lead our team in delivering high-quality construction projects. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating with superintendents and foremen to ensure project goals and expectations are met.

In this role, you will assist the Project Manager in ensuring compliance with safety policies and OSHA standards. Your attention to detail and ability to coordinate daily schedules will be essential in driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating daily schedules, including materials, subcontractors, equipment, quality control, and more.
  • Assisting with project planning, encompassing project definition, scope, resources, and schedule.
  • Celebrating timely completion of traffic control plans, equipment mobilization, safety plans, haul road plans, erosion control plans, purchase ordering, job costing, and other duties as required.
  • Coordinate with all sub-contractors for timely completion and quality.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering from a four-year university, as well as a minimum of three years of project experience in heavy civil construction.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
