Key Responsibilities
  • Examine customer vehicles to identify necessary repairs and maintenance
  • Estimate costs of repairs and provide accurate quotes to customers
  • Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance in a timely and efficient manner
  • Document services performed and maintain accurate records
  • Follow dealership and manufacturer guidelines for service and repair
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques
Requirements
  • Technical training or commensurate experience in automotive repair and maintenance
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and systems, with a focus on Subaru experience
  • Valid insurable driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
