About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Jacksonville Beach, Florida.

This is a full-time opportunity to provide high-quality home health care to adult and geriatric clients in Eastern Jacksonville and the Beaches area.

Responsibilities
  • Follow a designated care plan to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Make home visits to clients in designated territories, providing personalized care and support
  • Perform assigned duties, including medication administration, wound care, and treatments
  • Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager
  • Document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
Requirements
  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in Florida
  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience
  • Prior home care experience is strongly preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and solid computer skills, with prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
