About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Patient Support Specialist to join our team as a crucial touchpoint for our patients. This role will engage and activate patients to help them receive the necessary care, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience from initial inquiry through discharge.

We offer a competitive salary range of $24 - $26 per hour and comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage available from day 1. Our hybrid work model allows for flexibility and opportunities for career advancement and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field inbound calls from prospective and existing patients, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, sending reminders and handling rescheduling and cancellation requests.
  • Perform various clerical or administrative functions, such as collecting copays and validating insurance coverage for behavioral health services.

We are looking for an individual with strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in EHR systems, and excellent customer service skills.
