Job Title: Substitute/Part Time Early Education Teachers

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced educators to join our team at Otter Learning, where we inspire children to be lifelong learners through our play-based curriculum. Our day care staff ensure that our children are instilled with the knowledge to succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, and participate in age-appropriate activities designed to promote the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Prepare children for kindergarten by easing them into organized education from infancy to school age using our provided curriculum.
  • Assist in daily child care such as feeding, changing, and nap time.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Have a high school diploma or GED in most states.
  • Previous experience and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements is great but not necessary.

Work Schedule:

We operate Monday-Friday with typical center hours between 7am-4pm. We offer flexibility for part-time roles with 15hrs or more per week or on-call positions.
