Job Title: CNA Certified Nurse Aide

At ARRC One LLC, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA Certified Nurse Aide to join our team in Western Pennsylvania. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care under the supervision of medical staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and ambulation.
  • Monitor vital signs, including temperatures, pulses, and blood pressures.
  • Document patient information and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including changing linens and ensuring adequate supplies of personal care items.
  • Assist with admitting and discharging patients, and provide post-mortem care as needed.
  • Adhere to all established company and facility policies and procedures, including safety and infection control regulations.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and medical staff.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
  • Empathy and compassion in providing care, while being attentive to patients' needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
