Position Overview:

We are in search of a qualified HVAC Parts Coordinator / Warehouse Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure adherence to shipping and receiving protocols.
  • Manage the creation and processing of purchase orders.
  • Possess a solid understanding of HVAC and refrigeration components, with the ability to source parts from various suppliers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
  • Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels, conducting audits as necessary.
  • Keep the workspace organized and free of clutter.
  • Operate a sit-down forklift when required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in inventory management or parts procurement is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HVAC/R components is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated reliability with excellent attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and capable of learning new software quickly.
  • Detail-oriented self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to operate various electric and manual hand tools.
