Company Overview

A prominent couple in a picturesque location is in search of a dedicated Full-Time Housekeeper to enhance their household staff.

This position will report directly to the House Manager and will involve assisting in the organization and execution of various household maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in a private residence or high-end hospitality environment, demonstrating the highest level of confidentiality, urgency, and a commitment to service excellence.

This role emphasizes teamwork and mutual support among staff members.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of a large private residence, delivering a meticulous, white-glove service.
  • Perform cleaning duties throughout the home, including floors, windows, furniture, and changing bed linens.
  • Manage laundry tasks, including washing, folding, hanging, and ironing fine linens.
  • Organize closets and storage areas efficiently.
  • Adhere to established protocols, systems, and task schedules.
  • Assist with events hosted at the residence.
  • Collaborate effectively with staff from other properties.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in maintaining and cleaning a large household while working collaboratively with a team.
  • Ability to learn quickly and maintain a keen attention to detail.
  • Respectful and careful approach when handling the homeowner's valuable possessions.
  • Proven effectiveness and efficiency in job responsibilities.
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting, standing, bending, and moving heavy items.
  • Preference for candidates residing locally.
  • Covid vaccination may be required.
  • Strong references are essential.
  • This position requires a comprehensive background check and a clean driving record.
Compensation

Hourly pay ranges from $35.00 to $40.00, inclusive of full benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401k, and matching contributions. Final compensation will be based on skills and experience.
