About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Domino's Franchise. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate all equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers.
  • Prepare products for delivery and sale.
  • Receive and process telephone orders, taking inventory and completing associated paperwork.
  • Clean equipment and facilities daily.
  • Train new team members on store procedures and policies.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to process orders and resolve issues.
  • Manage cash handling and make accurate change.
  • Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes, while carrying products.

Work Environment:

Our store operates in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures, humidity, and noise levels. You will be exposed to cornmeal dust, fumes from food odors, and hot surfaces/tools. You must be able to work in a team environment, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for long periods.

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
  • Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within designated delivery areas.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
