We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Claremore Skilled Nursing & Therapy. As a critical member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Assist with resident comfort, including preparing and administering injections and enemas, and providing wound care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and safety for our residents.
- Participate in coaching and mentoring staff as needed to promote a culture of excellence.
- Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) License.
- Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification.
- One (1) or more years of experience in a skilled nursing or Long-term Care environment.
