**Job Title:** Audiology Specialist

**Location:** Massachusetts

We are seeking an experienced Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.

**Salary:** $80,000 - $120,000 per year (base salary) + uncapped commission

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat hearing loss while ensuring a positive patient experience
  • Provide quality care and aftercare services, including hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, and education on best practices
  • Achieve practice growth through strong sales and business development skills
  • Local community outreach and partnership development
  • Maintain continuing education requirements based on state regulations

Requirements:

  • Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements
  • 2+ years of hearing aid sales experience or equivalent industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD
