Job Summary:

In this exceptional Occupational Therapist position at INTEGRIS Health's Jim Thorpe Rehab Float Pool in Oklahoma City, you will have the opportunity to provide top-notch care to patients in a dynamic rehabilitation environment. As part of our team, you will work collaboratively with our experienced professionals to deliver high-quality patient services.

About the Role:

This role requires the successful candidate to possess a license in occupational therapy in the state of Oklahoma and a minimum of one year (full-time equivalent) experience in the field, preferably three years. Current CPR Certification (BLS) is also mandatory. You must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. A valid OK driver's license and insurance are also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient treatment and coordinate treatment with other disciplines.
  • Interpret referrals, examine, evaluate, develop plan of care including anticipated goals and expected outcomes for patients.
  • Follow established plan of care by core therapist; modify and document revised plan of care if necessary.
  • Demonstrate competence in all venues: acute physical medicine, home health, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient rehabilitation within the 90-day probationary period.
  • Develop competency in at least one specialty area within six months of hire, as determined by the Rehabilitation Clinical Manager.
Work Environment:

This role may expose you to infections and communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, chemicals. You must follow standard precautions. The job involves constant interruptions, noise, disagreeable odors, and assorted chemicals. You must cope with high caseloads and multiple demands.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive pay, INTEGRIS Health offers an enhanced benefits package, including front-loaded PTO, 100% paid short-term disability, increased retirement match, and paid family leave. Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus of $15,000 for accepting an offer before December 31st.
