Medical Assistant or LPN

We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant or LPN to join our Specialty Clinic team at PeaceHealth. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our physicians and providers in delivering exceptional medical services.
Responsibilities- Prepare patients for examination and treatment, taking and recording vital signs as needed.
- Prepare exam and treatment rooms, maintaining medical supplies and equipment.
- Assist with injections, splints, and dressings, and facilitate simple wound management under provider orders.
- Transport specimens and maintain patient files, records, and other information.
- Collaborate with various personnel and departments to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant or LPN program.
- Current Registered or National Medical Assistant certification or Alaska LPN license.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
- Ability to lift objects weighing 80 lbs. or less and work in a fast-paced environment.
