The Pines at Rutland Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Unit Manager to oversee the nursing staff on our Rehabilitation Unit.

This is a full-time position with a competitive compensation package, including a $6,000 sign-on bonus and weekly pay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff to deliver high-quality care and foster a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents.
  • Supervise daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular assessments to maintain quality standards and compliance.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident well-being and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Valid state nursing license.
  • Advanced degree or certification preferred.
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
  • Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
