We are seeking a skilled and licensed esthetician to join our team as a Wax Specialist at European Wax Center. As a Wax Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional waxing services to our clients, providing a safe and comfortable experience, and promoting our products and services.

• Perform waxing services, including body waxing and brow waxing, to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and informed throughout the waxing process.
• Upsell and promote our products and services to clients, including our exclusive skincare line.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients and prioritizing tasks to meet productivity goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest waxing techniques and products.

• Active esthetics or cosmetology license in the state of employment.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a set schedule, including AM and PM shifts, and one weekend shift per week.
• Positive, friendly, and upbeat personality.
• Sales experience is a plus.
