By matching customer needs with model features and capabilities, our Sales Consultants present vehicles that align with customers' interests. This involves offering test drives, presenting financial propositions, addressing customer concerns, and completing orders efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complete Ford Certification Process for Sales and Products to ensure up-to-date knowledge of Ford offerings.
  • Analyze competitive models by studying their features, capabilities, and differences.
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers through effective communication, suggesting trade-ins, responding to inquiries, recommending sales campaigns, and promotions.
  • Conduct thorough customer needs analysis by understanding their interests and requirements, matching these to various models, and demonstrating relevant features.
  • Closing sales involves overcoming objections, explaining provisions, offering services, and ensuring smooth delivery of automobiles.
  • Perform walk-arounds with customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Ensure seamless sales transactions by effectively closing deals.
  • Educate customers on vehicle operating features, paperwork, and manufacturer warranty details.
  • Maintain a follow-up system to encourage repeat business referrals and foster customer loyalty.
  • Regularly report sales reviews, analyses, objectives, and planned activities to the sales manager.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training provided by the dealership and manufacturers to stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
  • Analyze sales statistics and use sales objectives to plan and improve sales strategies.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
