Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team. Ideal candidates will possess training from MMI/UTI/WyoTech and have practical experience in motorcycle servicing. A positive workplace culture, focus on skillfulness, and insurability are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in diagnosing and repairing a variety of motorcycle brands, including Harley, Yamaha, Triumph, and BMW.
  • Conduct thorough diagnostics on service issues and effectively communicate repair requirements.
  • Operate efficiently in a dynamic, safety-oriented environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Ensure a tidy and professional workspace, following safety guidelines during test rides.
  • Mentor and assist junior technicians, ensuring timely completion of tasks to meet quality standards.
  • Comply with company policies, maintain appropriate attire, and contribute positively to team success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with coworkers while demonstrating adaptability in work schedules.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MMI or ATI certification or relevant experience in servicing modern motorcycles, trikes, and ATVs.
  • Possession of a valid M1 class license with a clean driving history.
  • Previous certification from an accredited Trade School in mechanics is a plus.
  • Experience with multiple brands, particularly Yamaha, BMW, Triumph, and Harley-Davidson, is preferred.
