Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pool Bartender to join our team at ClubCorp. As a Pool Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to members and guests at the pool bar
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the pool deck and surrounding areas
  • Prepare and serve beverages to members and guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist with the service of food and beverages to members and guests
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all beverages and menu items
  • Accurately execute member and guest orders and requests
  • Know member names and greet them promptly
  • Ensure daily assignments and side work are complete
  • Assist fellow employees, members, and guests as needed
  • Notify management of member and guest complaints
  • Practice good service recovery
Requirements
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Previous food and beverage experience preferred
  • Alcohol and food safety awareness certificate is mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills and articulate speech
  • Ability to follow instructions well
  • Ability to work in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions
  • Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
