We are seeking an experienced HIV Treatment Access Specialist to join our team at AIDS Healthcare Foundation. This role involves working closely with patients, providers, and community agencies to ensure access to HIV treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting Comprehensive Assessments: You will conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' health risks and needs.
  • Developing Personalized Plans: Based on the assessments, you will develop personalized plans to address patients' basic needs.
  • Collaborating with Community Partners: You will work with community agencies and programs to facilitate referrals and support for patients.
  • Providing Education and Support: You will educate patients about their diagnoses and medications, and provide ongoing support to help them manage their health.

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
