Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practitioner to join our team at Centurion Spine and Pain Centers. As a key member of our medical staff, you will provide consultation and advice to others as a highly-specialized practitioner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain detailed patient histories and develop comprehensive care plans.
  • Perform physical examinations and evaluations, assessing and treating medical problems.
  • Assist in providing pre-op and post-op care, writing appropriate orders.
  • Supervise and coordinate patient care and support staff within the clinic.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide health education to patients, families, and community health practitioners.
  • Enhance professional growth through participation in educational programs and current literature.
Requirements
  • Certification as a Physician's Assistant or State of Georgia Certified Nurse Practitioner.
  • Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution may be substituted for experience.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
  • Knowledge of drugs and their indications, contraindications, and proper administration.
  • Ability to maintain quality, safety, and infection control standards.
  • Ability to perform medical examinations using standard procedures.
  • Knowledge of CPR and emergency medical procedures.
