Job Title: Autism Therapist

We are seeking caring and enthusiastic professionals to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism. As an Autism Therapist, you will be responsible for implementing Behavior Intervention Plans and skill acquisition goals designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with children and possess excellent communication skills. A high school diploma is required, with an associate's or bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality 1:1 instruction to children with ASD in communication, social, play, and independent living skills
  • Record daily data to reflect client progress toward goals
  • Maintain objective daily session notes
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors
