Temporary Credit / Accounts Receivable Specialist Opportunity

Truity Partners, LLC is supporting a manufacturer in Germantown, WI with their search for a Credit / Accounts Receivable Specialist. This is a temporary position, estimated to last 3-6 months. The role will be 100% onsite, with an 8:00am-4:30pm schedule. Compensation is estimated at $30.00 per hour, with some flexibility based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
  • Review customer accounts to identify discrepancies or overdue balances
  • Analyze account information to identify trends or errors
  • Contact customers to resolve payment issues and update account status
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and account updates
  • Work with internal teams to resolve any additional account discrepancies
  • Assist with general financial duties as needed
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience managing Accounts Receivable, Credit, or related responsibilities
  • Manufacturing experience highly preferred
  • ERP experience highly preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Associates degree preferred, HS diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Details:
  • Full-time, Contract, Temporary
  • $30.00 per hour
  • 40 hours per week
  • 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
