In addition, you will develop and manage proposals, budgets, schedules, billings, and contracts. You will establish work plans and staffing requirements for multiple projects and participate in business development opportunities.

As a Senior Utility Engineer, you will be the key point of contact between SAM and clients. You will be responsible for proposal writing, business development, attending conferences, participating in professional societies, and staff development.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in project/phase management for large-scale projects
  • Strong proficiency with or understanding of tools such as AutoCAD, Micro Station, Geopack, MS Office Suite
