The ideal candidate will be instrumental in overseeing procurement processes, managing vendor relationships, and facilitating various business operations associated with purchasing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess purchase order requirements and identify suitable vendors.
- Accurately place and confirm purchase orders prior to submission.
- Communicate essential documentation to vendors and maintain ongoing dialogue.
- Track open orders and liaise with vendors to ensure prompt delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable to address price adjustments and resolve any discrepancies.
Working Hours:
7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Required Skills:
- Preferred Associate or Bachelor's degree.
- Familiarity with operating systems is advantageous.
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
- 1-4 years in a purchasing or procurement role.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- 1-2 years of experience as a purchasing agent or buyer.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
