Job Summary

We are seeking a Support Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Support Specialist, you will work directly with our clients in private individual/family homes and community settings, providing support and care to help them achieve their goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Support: Teach, support, and maintain skills, behavior, social, and recreational programs for our clients.
  • Direct Care: Provide direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their safety and well-being in private individual/family homes and community settings.
  • Transportation: Provide transportation for our clients when necessary.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation regarding progress notes, timesheets, and other required documentation.
  • Communication: Communicate with other staff and management in a professional manner, providing updated information in a timely manner to meet state and federal guidelines.
  • Training: Complete all required and ongoing training as needed.
