We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide comprehensive case management services to our clients and families, ensuring the safety and well-being of children and facilitating family reunification or permanent placement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop case plans with children and parents
  • Ensure regular visitation to primary residences and maintain thorough documentation of all case activities
  • Coordinate referrals to services and maintain knowledge of community resources
  • Complete and submit court documentation within required timeframes
  • Conduct diligent searches for parents and family members when necessary
  • Attend all appointments, meetings, trainings, and court activities as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field, with preference for a degree in Social Work
  • Minimum one year of relevant experience, with certification or eligibility for certification in child welfare case management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
  • Valid Florida Driver's License and ability to transport clients
