Production Supervisor

At Bimbo Bakeries USA, we're committed to delivering high-quality baked goods to our customers. As a Production Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient production of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of associates to create a culture of safety, inclusion, and accountability
  • Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Drive continuous improvement through the use of Lean tools and Root Cause Analysis
  • Track and report on production data to evaluate performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience leading manufacturing teams in a high-speed production environment
  • Food industry experience a plus
  • Leadership skills with a focus on associate development and accountability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office products and ERP/MRP systems
