We are seeking a highly skilled Sonographer II to join our team at Del Sol Medical Center. As a Sonographer II, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our medical imaging department.
About the RoleThis position is responsible for performing Echocardiography Ultrasound techniques and Echocardiography examinations for subsequent evaluation and interpretation by a physician. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities- Perform Echocardiography examinations on patients in various settings, including Intensive Care areas
- Ensure proper reporting of equipment malfunction or downtime
- Perform quality Echocardiography diagnostic studies according to physician orders
- Maintain records of examination data and other pertinent information on patients
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in Echocardiography ultrasound and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
