Job Summary:

Caterpillar Financial Service Corp is seeking a highly skilled Lead FP&A Analyst to support the Electric Power Division (EPD). As a key member of the finance team, you will lead the monthly financial planning and analysis for EPD and quarterly/annual forecast process, as well as support the implementation of OneStream.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as Team Lead for EPD monthly financial planning and analysis
  • Coordinate quarterly/annual forecasts by maintaining forecasting tools and templates
  • Support the implementation of OneStream within the EPD business resources team
  • Influence our finance culture by demonstrating desired behaviors, including but not limited to continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree within Accounting, Finance, or related area
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis experience at a large public accounting firm or a Fortune 500 company
  • Power BI, OneStream, and Axiom experience or willingness to learn
