Fashion Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Year-round Stylist to join our team at South Moon Under. As a Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building our brand, and driving sales through your exceptional selling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to a positive customer experience by delivering unexpected service to all customers.
• Understand and communicate the South Moon Under brand to all customers.
• Emulate the brand aesthetics and embody a strong sense of fashion and an enthusiastic attitude.
• Assist in maintaining store visual standards.
• Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed.
• Accurately process all POS transactions, charge sends, and returns.

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of POS systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
