**Job Summary:**

As a Boilermaker at Brown & Root, you will be responsible for assembling boiler frames, tanks, and vats. Your tasks will include aligning structures or plates sections, installing manholes, handholds, valves, gauges, and feed water connections in drums. You will also repair boilers or tanks in the field by unbolting or flame cutting defective sections or tubes, and straightening plates.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Align structures or plates sections to assemble boiler frame, tanks, or vats using plumb bobs, levels, wedges, dogs, or turnbuckles
* Install manholes, handholds, valves, gauges, and feed water connections in drums to complete assembly of water tube boilers
* Repair boilers or tanks in the field by unbolting or flame cutting defective sections or tubes, straightening plates
* Assist in testing assembled vessels by pumping water or gas under specified pressure into vessels and observing instruments for evidence of leakage

**Requirements:**

* Experience in boilermaking or a related field
* Strong understanding of boiler assembly and repair procedures
* Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
* Physical stamina to perform manual labor
