Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Work closely with advanced practitioners, behavioral health clinicians, and clinical and administrative support staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with community health organizations and social services to provide patients with access to necessary resources and support.
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of residency training from an accredited institution.
- Active medical license and certification in good standing.
- Experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or other organization serving low-income and uninsured patients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHRs) and other health IT systems.
