">We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team in Washington, D.C. As an OR RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care throughout surgical procedures. Your duties will include preparing the operating room team, maintaining aseptic conditions, assisting surgeons, and monitoring patients. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and efficient surgical outcomes.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare operating rooms for surgery, including setting up equipment, sterilizing instruments, and ensuring aseptic conditions">
- Collaborate with surgical teams to assist with procedures, maintain a sterile field, and anticipate the needs of surgeons and other team members">
- Monitor patient vital signs and assist with anesthesia administration and airway management as needed during surgery">
- Provide postoperative care, including wound care, monitoring recovery, and educating patients and their families on postoperative instructions and self-care">
Required Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

- A current RN license">
- BLS certification (Other certifications as required by facility)">
- At least 2 years of recent experience in an Operating Room setting">
