Join Genesis HealthCare as a Facilities Maintenance Associate and play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our nursing centers. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained, including common areas, patient rooms, and equipment.
Your primary duties will include:
- Conducting daily cleaning rounds to ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and free of clutter
- Maintaining all floors, stripping, refinishing and daily maintenance of various floor types and surfaces
- Responding to spills and other incidents promptly and effectively
