We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Cake Designer to join our team at DecoPac, a leading manufacturer of cake decorations and bakery supplies. As a Cake Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, visually appealing cake designs that meet the needs of our customers.

• Design and decorate cakes for final photography and publication.
• Concept and develop seasonal, everyday, and new implementation programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring designs to life.
• Train and work with new decorators as needed.
• Maintain inventory control of products and make deliveries to supplier offices and retail locations.

• 3-5 years of experience in cake decorating and/or related field.
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently, as well as collaborate with teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to voice opinions and ideas respectfully.
• Passion for the business, with a strong sense of urgency and thorough follow-through.
• Great organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
• Highly detail-oriented, with outstanding critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Computer knowledge, with the ability to understand and utilize technology within the business.
