Emergency Department Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Department Nurse to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to emergency department patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines to provide evidence-based care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- 1 year of nursing experience, with a focus on emergency nursing.
- Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification.
- National Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification.
