Job Summary:

The Medical Assistant is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families. As a Sleep Certified Medical Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a physician to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, injections, and other medical procedures.
  • Assist with medical procedures, such as EKGs and blood draws.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited school of medical assisting.
  • Certified or Registered Medical Assistant preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Previous experience in a medical setting preferred.
